Located in Chilhowie Virginia, our state of the art production facility is fully staffed with industry leading Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Technicians, Mechanical Technicians and other Factory Technicians. PDP’s core staff has an average industry experience level of 15 years, with many exceeding that level of experience.
Rebuild Service
In this ever changing economy, funding for capital equipment needs poses several obstacles to our customer base. PDP addresses many of these through our rebuild division, offering our customers the option of rebuilding and/or modifying their existing equipment at substantial cost savings, without sacrificing functionality, safety and integrity to their operations. PDP’s rebuilt equipment is delivered on time to customer specification's fully operational and ready for installation.
A rebuild at PDP offers our customers peace of mind in their capital acquisition process. Utilizing our meticulous Rebuild Production Process:
- PDP Thoroughly inspects the unit prior to commencement of production
- PDP Professionally disassembles the unit, taking special care to keep all usable parts undamaged
- PDP’s Engineers provide complete mechanical and electrical modifications and adjustments as needed
- PDP Cleans, repairs and modifies the enclosure as required, primes, paints and preps the unit for Assembly.
- PDP assembles the unit to the customer’s requirements
- PDP tests the Unit, putting it through the same strict testing as we do all new units
- PDP delivers the unit per our customers’ needs, utilizing our own freight companies or a preferred company as requested by our customer
